With the aim to increase its brand equity in the Japan's domestic market, where Camel has not yet gained a substantial market share, JT introduced ''Camel Menthol Box'' nationwide in March 2007, soon after a successful test marketing phase. ''Camel Menthol Box,'' which is also a ''D-spec'' product, was well received in Japan, and its popularity led to JT's decision to introduce ''Camel Nutty Lights Box,'' as a non-menthol alternative for ''Camel Menthol Box.''
As of March 31, 2008, ''D-spec'' products had grown to account for 4.59 percent of Japan's domestic market share, increasing 0.55 percentage points over the previous year. The decision to launch ''Camel Nutty Lights Box'' is in line with JT's strategy to develop high value-added products, such as products utilizing its original ''D-spec'' technology, which the company aims to expand through its vast distribution channels in Japan. Following the newest introduction, a total of 20 ''D-spec'' products will be available in Japan.
''D-spec'' reduced odor products (known as Less Smoke Smell products abroad) incorporate the company's odor reducing technology developed in response to customer demand for the reduction in the unpleasant smell of smoke. It's so popular that it even has fans creating parodies on the camel logo.
The facts behind the date labels from the Food Standards Agency.
*'Use by' 'Use by': Never eat products after this date, and follow the storage instructions. However, check to see if the food can be frozen if you need to eat it at a later date.
*'Best Before' 'Best before': These dates refer to quality rather than food safety. Foods with a best before date should be safe to eat after the 'best before' date, but they may no longer be at their best. One exception is eggs - never eat eggs after the 'best before' date.

So stop waiting until you finish school, until you go back to school, until you lose ten pounds, until you gain ten pounds, until you have kids, until your kids leave the house, until you start work, until you retire, until you get married, until you get divorced, until Friday night, until Sunday morning, until you get a new car or home, until your car or home is paid off, until spring, until summer, until fall, until winter, until you are off welfare, until the first or fifteenth, until your song comes on, until you've had a drink, until you've sobered up, until you die, until you are born again to decide that there is no better time than right now to be happy…
In 1907, an American scientist by the name of Dr Duncan Macdougall carried out a series of experiments on patients in a hospital in Massachusetts. Six terminally ill patients were placed on a special weighing machine that MacDougall had invented to discover whether there was any decrease in weight at the precise moment of death.
After the poor buggers passed away, MacDougall noted that, in each case, there was an 'inexplicable loss of weight of three-fourths of an ounce' or 21.3 grams.
To add weight to his discovery, MacDougall also monitored five poorly pooches. When the dogs died there wass no decrease in weight, leaving the scientific community to conclude that either
i) the human soul really does weigh a little over 21 grams, or ii) dogs are soulless bastards bent on world domination and bringing mankind to heel.
My most viewed photo in my Flickr is not the Mount. Fuji or the Toilet themed Restaurant I shot from my traveling, it is this Ah Beng's intensely decorated car that I come across at our Berjaya Times Square parking lot that gathered most of the attention.
Oh..by the way it is our own renowned Proton Waja if you haven't noticed already.
My take: Generally, women are funda'mentally' stronger than men, to ask a man to go thru this just to please his woman(or women)/ to look good (not necessarily bikini wax)...I won't bet on it.
An interesting non-non-smoking campaign I found on JTI(Japan Tobacco) website, as the title suggested, the campaign is about educating japanese smokers the ethical side of smoking in the public but (how ironic, has smoking ever been ethical or has it ever been not?). All the guidances are mostly plain common sense but for them to put it in graphics are really funny and intriguing and nonetheless fascinating.
"The world would be more beautiful if everyone can be so thoughful.
Dreaming — the defrag of the brain. All the little pieces of new information are randomly paired with old memories as they fit, creating empty space and allowing for a fresh start the next morning. This would explain why we go seamlessly from one situation to another in dreams: You are a 12 year old in your hometown in Bregenz, Austria, and wind up a minute later in Caracas where you meet your aunt who died last year. This also explains why we go nuts when we don’t sleep — no defragmentation for too long.
